    • In funky interference colours, textured with over-sprayed glitter because no body cares for the words or how they are asked or presented, they are just words without meaning these day because... well..who cares anyway..... It asks a question which is not obvious to see - talking piece and a social commentary, also my personal commentary on how people with mental illness are treated by the State, are viewed by Neighbours and are too easily put aside as not being 'politically correct', regarded as suspects to all others fears, where they physically degrade in capacity yet more is asked/demanded of them to comply with new 'rules, health and safety regulations ' etc, etc ' Where ' care ' is a system which changes it's foundation not according to need but according to local politics, finance and burden. SO WHO CARES Exclusive TFAG original work no prints...... It is quite delicate as a piece of artwork and great care will be taken to get it to you packed flat and in one piece...may take some extra time to arrange. Mixed media. Thank you.
